A new 3D feet with tootsies build from scratch. :D
Both feet come arround 2000 polygons.

All ages and genders use the same mesh but have a difrent uvmap.
The females have small texture issues on the bottom of the feet, the males have a better fit.
I will include a uvmap for the feet when uploading the males and the fixed skintonefiles
Make sure you delete the previous test version as it is outdated.
